High performance leadership is based on influence not authority, of participation not autocracy, a business model based not on "I" but "We". It acknowledges the need for emotional intelligence, for increased interpersonal skill and effective communication.

Participants will learn:

  • Discuss the importance of sharing vision and involving others in setting goals.
  • Demonstrate as a role model through effective communication, motivation and people skill.

Speaker: Dr Sattar Bawany has over 25 years' international business management experience, including 15 years in senior leadership position with global management consulting firms. He has over 10 years of concurrent academic experience as an Adjunct Professor & Senior Faculty teaching senior managers and professionals business strategies, international business, and human resource courses at various leading universities. Her has coached a range of leaders, from CEOs, to senior vice presidents, and middle managers.
